Compassion Is Powerful
Compassion is powerful—it’s what leads to miracles. Jesus didn’t just feel bad for people who were struggling; His compassion pushed Him to do something. The Bible says, “If you see someone in need and just shut your heart off, how can God’s love be in you?” (1 John 3:17).
It’s so easy to get caught up in our own busy lives that we forget people around us might need something from us—a kind word, a little help, just someone who cares. But God wants us to use our influence, our love, and the gifts He’s given us to make a difference.
Pay attention to those nudges—the people God puts on your heart. Reaching out might seem small to you, but it could totally change someone’s day... or even their life.
