When Doubt Tries To Take Over
The Bible says, “They didn’t receive the things God promised, but they saw them from a distance and welcomed them” (Hebrews 11:13). We’ve all got dreams and promises in our hearts—things we’re hoping for—but sometimes they feel super far away or even impossible.
When something feels out of reach, doubt starts creeping in. And if you let that doubt take over, it can actually push the promise further away. But here’s the key—you’ve got to welcome it by faith, even before you see any sign of it happening.
It might look distant right now, but don’t let that get you down. Keep believing, keep expecting, and start thanking God like it’s already on the way. That’s how you pull the promise closer. And when you do? Things can shift in an instant.
